MIXTAPE
the iamx forum site announced a mixtape project that welcomes EVERYONE (you just need to be signed in) with a mixtape idea and a list which later will become an online event where everybody will share their list and also listen to others' (if you want to know the tracklist, then watch out for it on http://www.iamxforum.com) I was already nostalgic about cassette tapes and recorders in these days so I sent a list to the forum which I had made for my newlywed friends -years ago-. Optimax who is the one behind the project, asked me to also make a cover for the list of my own. I made the cover image for my mixtape. The general concept is passion and I think some of the tracks are perfect for making love ;) Tutku means passion in turkish, therefore I used both words on the cover. It's not a professional work but I enjoyed making it very much. This is the cover art which I made:
iamx forum sitesi herkese açık olan ve daha sonra HERKESİN kendi listesini paylaşıp başkalarınınkini dinleyebileceği online yayınlanacak bir karışık kaset procesi duyurdu (sadece foruma üye olmak gerekli o kadar, ayrıca parça listesini merak edenler http://www.iamxforum.com sayfasını ziyaret edebilirler). Zaten son birkaç gündür epey nostaljik olmuştum kaset ve teyplerle ilgili olarak, dolayısıyla hemen yıllar önce yeni evlenmiş arkadaşlarım için hazırladığım bir listeyi yolladım. Optimax -ki projenin arkasındaki kişi kendisi- kendi listem için bir de kapak tasarlamamı istedi ben de yaptım. genel kavram tutku ve bence bazı parçalar aşk yapmak için mükemmel ;) Passion tutkunun ingilizcesi, bu yüzden kapakta iki kelimeyi de kullandım. profesyonel bir iş değil ama yaparken çok eğlendim. yukarda kapak tasarımını görebiliiiniz.
